Weekly activities program: In one week you are going to enjoy all of our activities, for each day we have planned a range of activities so that, in an organized way you could know places, sports and also mix with the other guests of the hotel. Our staff will accompany you in every activity and if it is needed, you also could rent the necessary equipment in our rental service.   Morning   Afternoon Sunday It is the arrival day, so we will let you settle yourselves peacefully and then our staff will inform you about the activities for the whole week. Monday Randonée Hotel Solineusport-Alp (11 Km / 2h / Difficulty: Low ) We'll begin the day with an excursion from the hotel (1.700 m high) to the village of Alp (1.000 m high). It is a route of 11 km that goes by paths and mountain tracks. It is very attractive because of the leafy pine and fir woods, the sights of the whole region will let us enjoy an easy trekking activity since all the way goes down and so any person of any physical condition can do this excursion. Price: Free   MTB Excursion For the adults with some energy left, we have prepared for the afternoon a mountain bike excursion that we will adapt to the level of the participants. Our staff will make you enjoy the area around the hotel in the first day of activities. Price: Excursion with your own bike: Free Excursion + bike rent: 12 € Tuesday Randonée Coll de la Creueta-Castellar de n'Hug (8 Km / 1h 45m / Difficulty: Low ) We'll also begin the day trekking, but this time the main features of the excursion will be the fields. We'll go down from the Coll de la Creueta to the village of Castellar de n'Hug. This route goes by a pasture area where we could see hundreds of horses and cows that during the summer season graze around. We'll follow the smugglers route that will allow us to reach the picturesque village of Castellar de n'Hug, where we'll visit also the source of the river Llobregat. Price: Free Typical lunch option: 5,50€   Familiar Rafting Rafting is considered a risk activity, but as we want all the family to enjoy it, we've prepared an absolute security afternoon enjoying of the brave waters. The Parc Segre installations in La Seo d'Urgell allow to feel the rivers in a controlled environment. For the ones that look for stronger sensations the hidrospeed will satisfy them. A board, a helmet and a neoprene suit and you'll feel the power of the water. Price: Rafting: 28,50 € Hidrospeed: 35 € Wednesday Cable car randonée (10 km / 3h / Difficulty: Low) This time the excursion has a considerable ascent, but we'll begin enjoying a ride with the Cable Car ALP2500 that takes off at 500 m from our hotel and that will take us to 2.200 m. high. From there we'll complete the ascent to Tosa d'Alp 2.537 m, reaching the Niu d'Aliga, a fantastic viewpoint to contemplate La Cerdaña, El Berguedà and La Sierra del Cadí. Then we'll make an enjoyable descent to La Molina by wood tracks. Price: Adults: 8 € Children: 3,25 €   Horse ridding After seeing the valley form the top of the Tosa d'Alp we invite you to go horse ridding around the valley, an activity that will sure make you enjoy the countryside and the pleasure of ridding a horse. Price: 9 € Thursday Nuria Valley We'll spend a whole day in Nuria Valley. We'll go up with the zipper train, unique in the state, to enjoy the waterfalls and reach the Sanctuary, from where we could take different activities. Ascent the Puigmal, one of the tops of Catalonia. 2910 m, with 2h and 30 min of way up and a spectacular views over the Pyrenees. Price: Zipper train: Adults: 12,50 € Children: 6,85 € Friday Randonée Las Gargantas de Carança (3h/ Difficulty: Medium) One of the most spectacular trekking excursions of the area, gives us the chance of making a really complete activity of trekking. Waterfalls, bridges, tracks made in the stone, etc, etc. It will be 3 hours of enjoying the purest nature. Price: Parking: 2 € Rafting If you prefer to see the river from the water itself, we recommend you to make rafting on the Noguera Pallaresa waters. 3 hours of descent that will make you enjoy all the sensations of the brave waters. Price: 33 €   MTB Excursion for adults If you still have some energy left, we have programmed a mountain bike excursion, only thought for adults. The route will be decided between the group members and our Staff, that will decide which excursion adapts better to all the participants. Precio: Excursion with your own bike: Free Excursion + bike rental: 12€ Saturday Randonée Excursion to Les Bulloses (4h 30 min / Difficulty: High) For the last day we've got a more familiar excursion, the visit to Les Bulloses lakes. It is an area where the lakes are the main attraction, but also the black pine woods and the alpine fields that surrounds them. For the ones in better form, the Pic del Carlit, with its 20921m. high, awaits us with its excellent views over Les Bulloses lakes, and if the weather allows it, you can also see the Maladeta tops, and of course, the nearby Canigo
